AI agents for gaming and sports betting

Give your support teams agents that can't lift a player's limits

Three agents for player support, responsible gaming review and bonus setup. The ones specialists call act as that specialist, self-exclusions and limits stay out of reach, and bonuses stay inside the cap. Every call lands in one audit record.

Applying Controls to Agents

Protect limits, bonuses and player identity in one place

Dome sits between the agents and your systems. Every call is checked against rules your team writes before it reaches GAN, Jumio or a model.

Regulation

Show your regulator what every agent did for every player

Support, responsible gaming and promotions agents reach player accounts, limits and identity data. These are the rules that reach them.

State gaming regulations

What it asks

Licensed operators must honor self-exclusion and player limits, and keep records regulators such as New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement can inspect.

What Dome gives you

No agent can remove a self-exclusion or raise a limit. A rule refuses the call, and the refusal lands in the record with the specialist who asked.

Bank Secrecy Act (FinCEN casino rules)

What it asks

Casinos need an anti-money laundering program, and must file currency transaction and suspicious activity reports.

What Dome gives you

Agents read transaction history for review but can't change it. Every read is recorded with who asked, as evidence for your AML program.

Age, identity and location checks

What it asks

Players must be verified as of legal age and inside the state before they wager.

What Dome gives you

Agents can read a verification result but can't override it. A guard strips ID numbers and dates of birth before any model sees them.

FAQ

Common questions

Can an AI agent lift a self-exclusion?

Not on Dome. A rule refuses any call that removes a self-exclusion or raises a limit, whoever the agent acts for, and the attempt is recorded.

How do you cap the bonuses an AI agent can give?

Put a rule on the call's arguments. The promotions agent can create a bonus up to the cap you set, and anything larger is refused before it reaches the player platform.

How do you keep player ID documents out of LLM prompts?

A guard on the gateway strips ID numbers and dates of birth from verification results before the agent or model sees them. Downloading the document itself is refused.

How do you audit AI agents for a gaming regulator?

Route every agent call through a Dome gateway. Each call lands in one record with the agent, the specialist it acted for, the player account and the decision.

How are sportsbooks and casinos using AI agents?

Player support, responsible gaming review and bonus setup are common first agents. Each reads or configures inside limits, and people keep exclusions, limits and payouts.

Agentic use cases

  • Review onboarding documentsChecks identity and entity documents against your CDD requirements, runs sanctions screening and writes the KYC summary. An analyst approves.
  • Answer client requestsReads the client's accounts and open cases and drafts the reply to a servicing request. It never moves money or changes an account.
  • Draft SAR narrativesPulls the alert history and transactions for a case and drafts the SAR narrative. An investigator edits it and files.
